Racing Pigeons/Show Pigeons/Feral Pigeons all bleed the same color

Hi Folks.
I really don't care how long mankind has been racing birds, I do not
care if the birds have been genetically altered for hundreds of years.
Everytime you folks race your birds (here in my area) I am called to a
PIGEON DOWN RESCUE, many bands un traceable, Many bird owners when I do
find them say (I dont want the bird back).
Please, someone tell me whats wrong with this picture.
I have been in the wildlife/exotic rescue and rehab world for many
years, Many years, I just re-homed 2 racer rescues.
What I find the most amusing about folks that race Pigeons, they seem
to look down on the feral as if it is a lesser bird.
Remember folks, all pigeon breeds known to mankind came from one
breed...the rock dove aka the FERAL pigeon, respect your elders folks,
if it were not for the feral, all you good folks wouldn't have the
fancy birds you play with today.
Culling, hey say it the right way KILLING UNWANTED BIRDS, control your
breeding ways and there wouldn't be a need for KILLING, whom appointed
you folks GOD, alittle snap of the neck here and there never hurts now
does it, lets do that to you.
I am not a troll, and if you want to do battle, I am not running away,
e-mail me and let the battle begin.
I love PIGEONS, all pigeons, matter not when I am called upon, feral or
racer, I go out the door and frankly you racing folks place birds into
harms way, when they go down, they stay down, hopefully a good human
finds them and tends to there needs, most become cat food.
I currently have a cat attacked racer out in my loft, hopefully the
little one will live, so please people, if your gonna continue to play
with life for a buck or pure racing enjoyment, put on a pair of racing
shoes and go race if ya need to race that badly, and lets see more
respect tword the Feral.
Fact, some pigeon racers starve there birds before racing
day, encourages them to get back to the loft quicker.
Fact, hens are taken off the clutch and placed into a race, any mother
would want to get back to her kids faster now wouldn't she.
Fact, when a racing pigeon becomes disoriented and becomes exausted
they go down, they do not have enough strength to escape a preditor.
Or is a troll someone that really loves PIGEONS...then that would be
me, I free fly pigeons.
You folks keep racing, I will keep picking up your birds, your hundred
year old hobby continues to put pigeons in danger.
