I would have guessed a higher percent.
I see many 50s, 60s, 70s Airstreams still out and about.
Yabut, by the time you figure in accidents, abuse, serious wear & tear,
and the rigs that ended up sitting on blocks somewhere it's a pretty amazing
number. It probably helps the numbers that production during the early years
would have been relatively low compared to more recent years.
