On your search engine look up "freeware ip locator".
Pick out a few and see which one you like.
Many of them are very general and do nothing more than identify the
country. Usually I use one online that gives me much more detailed
information and if need be, another source for even more info.
Some of the better ones will give you city and even the host name.
Remember that the IP only identifies the server the person is using.
The actual person could be anywhere.
