Some people are intelligent enough to think in the long term. Iraq has huge oil reserves and just the prospect of them doubling production
and ignoring OPEC quotas will affect world oil prices.

The American consumer will benefit to the tune of billions.

Of course stupid people expected oil to gush out of the ground and flow into U.S. tankers 5 minutes after Bush made the statement.

Like death and taxes, we'll always be burdened with stupid people.......well, unless Obama's death panels use IQ as well as age to justify pulling the plug.
