So much for transparency.

I get a 404 error on this link. I assume this is what you're
talking about:

Isn't this a lose situation for the administration? If they
talk about the results and stocks go down or there's a run on banks
they're the bad guys. If they don't talk about it they aren't being
transparent enough. Did you really expect that the government was
going to become so transparent that you would know everything about
everything?

When I'm "peeking behind he veil" I prefer to get my news from the
source instead of some bloomer's spin on the news.

That last article is interesting and I suspect that it's likely to
be more accurate than forecasts coming out of the administration, but
expecting the current economic situation to follow historical trends
is iffy at best. I expect a certain amount of BS from the White House
regardless of who's running the place. If they forecast doom and
gloom it's likely to make the situation worse. We expect/demand a
certain amount of dishonesty. If they took a more realistic point of
view our far right loons would be blasting them for deliberately
sabotaging the economy.

It was this one.

I'll with hold judgement until the Treasury announces the results. Who knows
maybe I'll be surprised, but everything I read about this problem, is that's
still a problem.
