OT- Unless you like food...



For lunch Esposa made one of her quick specialties that we both like. Even bachelors or young wives can handle this simple dish.

Take a pound of medium to large frozen shrimp (pre-cooked). Brown them in a pan in a little olive oil and a tablespoon of butter.
Sprinkle on salt, pepper and a bunch of chopped garlic. Slowly brown.

Cook a package of Rahmen noodles, drain and add them to the pan. Keep separated from the shrimp for now.

When the noodles get a little brown, break an egg over them and stir quickly. When the egg is cooked, mix in the shrimp and a package of snow
peas. Cook just until the snow peas turn limp.

You can add grated cheese at the table. I prefer some soy sauce and ground hot red peppers from Hatch, NM.

Cole slaw and beer on the side.
