If you are not planning to install vented models, there are
non-vented catalytic heaters with oxygen sensors that will shut

Tom.. do you know of a oxygen sensor that is available with an
alarm.. much like a co detector??

All I know about are expensive. It was a few years ago when I
installed the non-vented heater with the low oxygen sensor & fan
blower down on the farm, so my memory is a "little fuzzy", but as I
remember, when 1st installed, I got a beep to indicate the sensor was
active. That is not a tightly built house, so I was not too worried
about oxygen depletion, but just wanted the prudent protection & have
aince sold my interest in the farm.
