Not true, according to the Northern website. There IS a shipping
charge, the cheapest to just about any spot in the U.S. is $29.26,
therefore it's no longer a $100 generator (actually $99.99), it's a
$129.25 generator. Check it out.
Since I was talking about walking into a store and plopping down a C-note
(plus tax, noted since I'm dealing with a pedantist) and walking out with a
generator, nothing you say matters.
Actually, it does. For those who do not have a Northern outlet in
their area, probably more than 80% of the population, it DOES INVOLVE
SHIPPING via mail order with the additional cost.
As for the rest of your screed..... What can I say?
John De Armond
You could say what most intelligent people would say. Yes, the
majority of items manufactured in China have a variety of problems
associated with them and it's usually a safer bet and a better "bang
for your buck" to buy reputable items made by reputable companies.
But if Cheapo John doesn't grasp that concept, "what can I say?"
HAHAHAHAHAHA
