Agreed. But some folks will always be content to stay in the bottom

Why not? Raise the min wage, and then prices go up. How does that
change anything?
Why do you assume that prices will go up as a result of a min wage hike?
Do prices go up when there isn't a min wage hike?

Another question about the automatic increase in prices.
If "logic" (conservative, that is) says that prices will go up if minimum
wage goes up why don't wages go up when prices go up?

They do - compare the average salaries paid at the time the minimum wage was
raised to $5.25 with salaries when the minimum was raised again. Better
yet, compare the average McDonalds wage at both times.
