Gee, if Congress isn't happy how the money is being used, why didn't
they specify it in the authorization?
I remember the Democrats wanted 20% of any profits returned to
ACORN, a DNC voter fraud group. Obama gave them big bundles of
cash too and then fudged the books to make it look like it was
spent on something it wasn't.

even if he does, doesn't his nomination have to be approved by congress?
Aren't they on "vacation" for a few months? come to think of it, the MSM
call HIM a lame duck, but congress seems to be way lamer than he is...
Wonder why the president has term limits, and is sometimes called a lame
duck, but congress has *NO* term limits (federal no term limits on the
legislative or judicial branch only on the executive branch , but 27 state
congresses do have term limits), and take long "vacations" but are never
called lame ducks.... sounds fishy to me... do ducks eat fish? (one can only
hope :)
