Have been using Pioneer for several yrs and we've been pleased. No hidden charges that I can think of.

Our oldest is a Pioneer customer (out of state) and had mom using pioneer (close by). Always got the lowest rate between pioneer customers.

I'd not hesitate recommending Pioneer to anyone.
