OT - Long distance provider

Primus has been my provider for some time, and I've been satisfied with it. They once tried to stick in a minimum use charge, but I called them, and they said to forget it - I'd never see it again. And I haven't.

Now they've stuck on an "administrative charge" - which I can avoid if I want to pay online. I don't. I won't.

Assuming that history doesn't repeat itself, and they don't tell me to forget it when I call them tomorrow:

Is anyone using Pioneer 2.7 Rate Buster?

If so, are there any hidden charges not shown at the above URL? Is it dialaround or direct dial?
