Several summers ago when we had record setting heat here, I was
inspecting houses in the nether regions of the county and I kept
running into the raspada truck. I bet I drank a gallon of the
stuff. <G>

Maybe that's the explanation for your condition. Raspada, like dope,
is known to bring about certain effects.
