Fact: I have a brother who is 53 years old. He was born blind and deaf,
with brain damage. Since he turned 18, he has been living in a group
home, and drawing SS. My parents SS has been reduced considerably,
because my brother has been drawing on Dad's SS.

People bring lots of bad stuff upon themselves, but a "disadvantaged
child" is not one of them. IMHO, taking care of our disabled children is
one of the most important functions of any civilized society. Taking
care of them shouldn't come out of worker's retirement funds, or their
insurance funds, any more than should the cost associated with our
criminal training grounds in America's inner cities, which have been
conveniently created to ensure a continued need of people control and
Congressional power. If the KKK had done to them what Congress has,
people would be up in arms over it. But nobody cares when Congress does it.

Didn't you know that Congress critters are above the law? If they
didn't exempt themselves when they passed the law, such as the
employment laws regarding minimum pay , overtime, etc., then they are
not prosecuted. Look at the scandal of the House bank of a number of
years ago. Many bounced check - Barbara Boxer was the worst with over
400. No prosecution - In fact the sheeple of CA elected her to the
Senate. I don't know which is worse, the crooked Congress critters or
the sheeple that elect them.
