But, in this case, I say we give them some slack.
Good for tourism, the economy and a neat video
for anyone that loves animals. And your

Look at the clip. The dog is stoned, the cat so wiped out it doesn't know what the hell is going on, and the rat is as stupefied as Barbara Boxer. If the bum holding the leash walked in front of a slow bus, they'd all be road pizza. What kind of A--hole would send this video around for Christmas? I guess the Mayor of Santa Barbara would like to see the whole country on a Thorazine drip. If ya sleep in the street with a dog, a cat and a rat, you're going to have fleas.

I've had three pet rats on a dog's back before, with no drugs
involved. Once they know each other, things are well. Can't do it
with a terrier dog and a rat; they just can't stop themselves...

Terriers get terriermania when they see a rat. I have a Schnauzer. I have seen him hunt gophers for a 10 hour stretch. Tries to climb into the hole. If we are in the woods and someone says "gopher" the dog is on a 15 minute tear through the camp and perimeter. At home he ignores the taunts because we don't have gophers around the house. However if some says "cat" he's out of the house like a rocket.
