and make sure that enough comes out to fill the trap elbows in all the
drains (sink(s) and bath shower/tub. Also make sure you do run it
through the toilet as Will mentioned. There is a little valve in the
toilet which is an expensive PITA to replace if it freezes and cracks.
Doesn't hurt to leave a couple of ounces of pink stuff in the toilet
"bowl" above the trap/flush door.
From the way you worded your question it looks like you haven't done
this before. If that's the case make SURE you use the "pink"
RV/Marine/plumbing antifreeze, NOT the yellow/green automotive stuff.
They aren't the same stuff at all.

YOU ARE CCRRECT tHNAK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP.
HOW MANY JUGS DO YOU THINK I WILL NEED?
Please turn off your cap lock key!
I was able to complete the job as posted using one gallon. But I've done this about 25 times now. I'm pretty darned good at it.
The first couple times I did a Winterize Job I used 3 gallons.
It helps a lot if you buy a kit from an RV dealer to place the winterize valve right in front of your water pump. Drain all the lines first. Drain the water heater next. Leave the faucets open at all sinks and showers. Allow as much water as you can to drain. Then close all the faucets, by-pass the water heater, close your outside drain plugs. Place input hose into a gallon jug and turn the pump on. It should shut off by itself when it builds up pressure. Open one faucet at a time till just a little pink stuff comes out. Flush toilet till a little pink stuff comes out. After both hot and cold lines are full...meaning pink stuff came out of every faucet, using the hot and then the cold faucet handles...pour what is left into each drain. I can almost guarantee that one gallon will be enough. But if you have a big rig with a lot of plumbing...maybe two gallons.
