I wouldn't build under fourteen feet regardless of what I have.

If you have to put in a drain, consider a sanitary.

Two of those have (after some consideration) contracted outbuildings to store a vehicle that is 14' tall, 9' wide and 40' long. Both also equipped the bay with 50-230v (the current RV standard) power outlet.

In short, if you can't get to 40*14*9 build what you can afford so it can be stretched to that later.
