The NYT continues to scramble for revenue.

Meanwhile, Guiliani demands the give him the same
rate as moveon.org and he gets it.

Now the NYT is suspending their pay on line
service in a move to get more readership and
"maybe" more ad revenue. It's like the groans
of a dying giant.
