Stopped at a local RV dealership today and saw this unit. It's 23.5'
with a rear bedroom on a F350 chassis. It can tow the Honda Civic.

The owner of the dealership is away and the sales manager said that our
offer of an even trade was too close a call for him to make on his own.

They call it a class B+ and it's nicely made, wood cabinets, 2,000W
inverter, 4K Onan gen set, cherry cabinets, built in macerator for black
and gray tanks, and some other nice features. V10 Ford engine. 5 speed
trans.

One little slide for the sofa. The dining table stores behind the non
cockpit swivel chair and installs in front of the sofa with the usual
pole in the floor, except there is carpet over the install spot. Nice
stand up shower in rear corner bath.

The floor plan is the 2350 rear corner bed but with the electric sofa
instead of the dinette. http://www.phoenixusarv.com/index.html

I can't find much on this company other than they make their units in
Elkhart and all they make are these Class B+

Much more inside headroom than a regular class B. Seems a lot better
constructed than an affordable Class C. The unit is a 2007 and brand
new.

If we can get close in $s, I'll test drive it.

Does anyone have any experience with this company they would like to
share? Anyone with a late issue of RV Consumer Group who wants to look
it up for me? I'm not really in the market for another RV so I'm not
going to join RVCG. We stopped at the dealer's on a whim and saw this
little cutie. If I can do an even trade we might be able to keep on
RVing.

TIA

I don't know anything about them, but if it helps any, I'm starting to
see more and more of these, as well as the ones made on the Sprinter
chassis. I'm also seeing lots on the Freightliner chassis, but they are
much larger units than the Phoenix.

The Sprinters don't have a dual wheel setup, that I've seen, and aren't
as wide. You might investigate them also.
