The proposed unmoderated newsgroup rec.outdoors.rv-travel will be open to
discussions on all topics related to Recreational Vehicles:


a.. Any Recreational Vehicle; that is: Motor Homes(all classes), Trailers
(FifthWheels, Travel, Tent), and others such as Conversions, Popups,
Slideouts Campers, etc

b.. camping reports

c.. destinations:

d.. upcoming events,etc

e.. full timing

f.. equipment reports

g.. requests for repair help

h.. etc.

General (non-RV) camping questions should be posted rec.backcountry or
rec.outdoors.camping
The proposed unmoderated newsgroup rec.outdoors.rv-travel is not intended
for commercial for-sale postings. Appropriate private advertisements, both
'FOR-SALE' and 'WANTED' is acceptable, commercial posting is not.

Individuals who make their lively hood by selling Recreational Vehicle,
services or those employed in the industry are welcome to participate.
But, should NOT post advertisements for their services.

This newsgroup will allow the posting of "for sale" and "wanted" postings.
These postings will be restricted to the private sale of personally owned
and used equipment. This newsgroup specifically does *not* permit
commercial advertising, postings by dealers selling or soliciting
equipment, or postings by amateurs regularly dealing in used equipment
principally or incidentally for purposes of financial gain. This activity
is intended to allow RV'ers to sell, trade or request equipment in
connection with their individual RV interests. Postings which receive no
replies should *NOT* be reposted for at least one week after the initial
posting and should not be repeatedly reposted without material change.
Replies (other than factual corrections) should be sent *only* by email
and *never* posted to rec.outdoors.rec-vehicle. Advertisers should include
a telephone number if possible in case there are problems with email
connections (and email problems are not unusual!).

The content and nature of *email* replies to any rec.outdoors.rec vehicle
newsgroup posting is, of course, not addressed by this proposal, nor
should it be.



I don't see anywhere it requires an "OT" for off-topic posting. Nor does it
mention top of bottom posting. Sounds like a free for all!
