Yeah, as luck has it, when we BOUGHT this MH there was a BIG chip in the
driver side WS. Buddy Gregg in Knoxville replaced it as it was a condition
of buying rather than "patching" the chip. They put the WS into place, THEN
told us "Oh yeah! We have to keep the coach immovable for 24 hrs.
About chips, I've had those things fixed, and you could not tell where it
was. But in FL, a guy "patched" a nickel sized ding, when he got thru, it
looked like someone stuck gum in the hole! He came inside and told me "I
have to bump the WS to set the glue." As if I didn't know what he was
doing, in FL if a WS is CRACKED like mine is now, the insurance co. is
required to replace it with no deductible. I won't have dings patched
there (FL) again. :-)
