You misss the point here, I am not saying it is a good thing but I am
saying that it is not as big a problem as loosing power in a airplane
or such because in a large airplane it is a sure thing that you will
get hurt or killed while in a land vehicle the odds of injury from it
are many fold less and likely thousnads of cars die every day in US
and nobody is iinjured from it but very very few walk away from a

Bullshit. Losing power on an interstate can kill you and a bunch of other folks. Just look at how close tractor trailers get to the "fool" in front of them. Picture the upfront rig rig losing power at 70 mph and the tractor over running it. Losing power can be a big problem. Using the airplane analogy has nothing to do with this problem.
