I never did care for a heatpump in a house let alone a RV because they
produce luke warm air at best and like you said when it is below 40 or
so they suffer in performance even more. If you are getting
electricity for free (so to speak) because you pay same fee weather
you use 10 KW hours or 200 KW hours in a camp ground hook up you might
as well have warm heat (especailly if you have 230 volt 50 amp
support)
