1. It ain't new leadership.

2. It's unlikely you can fix a screwup by hiring the same people
who screwed it up in the first place, over and over again. The
problem is from the beginning, and at the top. I don't believe
Bush has got it in him to succeed. He's married to failure.

destroying and rebuilding theirs, we'd both be richer.

Waste money rebuilding cities? You mean like New Orleans?

Rebuilding after an unnecessary attack would not only be a waste of
money, but of lives. But then, I suspect you knew that but tried to
overlook it, as Liberals almost always overlook cause and effect.
