I forgot. Once you discover the cause, prevent future problems by
switching to Firefox :-)
It comes up at "Shut-Down" if IE is running.

Do you have a couple of up to date anti-spyware applications running
and have you used them to scan for spyware recently?
Yes, AdAware and Norton, machine is OK accoring to them.
