It's not specific to IE. It's a common error, and probably doesn't mean
much; I've never bothered to research it. I group it with BSoD, Illegal
Operation, Fatal Exception, and freezing up, all of which can be virus,
corrupt software/data, overheating, bad RAM, or nearly any other bad
hardware.
In your situation, it's probably not worth any effort to fix it,
especially if everything else is unaffected. Like others said, just
kill IE before shutting down.
