OT - IE6 Error Msg. Help

The instruction at "0x037027cd" referenced memory at "0x037027cd". The
memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program.
Do any of you XP and Internet Explorer Guru's know what the above message
means, and how I can get it to go away?
It comes up at "Shut-Down" if IE is running.
