Arrrgh?

Was that a thank you?

No.

It was the frustration of someone complaining about having to
jump through hoops being offered the option of jumping through
more hoops.

I know all about hoop jumping. I can get it done.

A proper user interface on utilities, however, would explain what
you need to use it and what the utility if capable of before it
wastes your time. A lot of your time. This is generally missing
in Microsoft utilities.

This from a company whose whole business is built on providing a
user interface.

It's not that I can't get it done. It's that it ought not to be
so hard, or so cumbersome, or time consuming, to find out that a
tool called "backup" won't backup or that a tool called "file
transfer" won't transfer.

That is the sum total of my complaint. Have a good day.

Bob,
who feels like going out back and shooting a squirrel. Arrrrgh.
