whitespace. A few blank lines with well organized paragraphs would
really help.

It sounds like you've had a hell of a time with your RV. That's awful.
With such a large purchase at stake, my tolerance would have ended near
the beginning of your story.

Well, I don't feel so bad about the failures in my cheap used RV
anymore. <G>
