There are "muffin" fans listed here that will move up to 69cfm air at
a cost of $5. That's about as close as you can get to do what you
want. You may have to surface mount it or build you an in line box in
the duct work. To keep it simple, select 1 that is single speed with
no heat sink or thermal switch.
