It might have something to do with the mad cow thing. Although we brought
cats and told the customs agent
that when asked, he didn't ask at all about the cat food. My first thought
is that there is probably something about
the beef or byproducts that might be in dog food. Just a guess though.

portion of the bag and tape it on top of the container next time and to

them I did that when asked if it's in the original container. Sounds
reasonable to me.

Just out of curiosity, what the hell is wrong with Canadian dog food
that they won't let it in?
