Okay, 'preciate the detailed info.

Regarding "updating the database" -- I suppose you mean it changes the
format of the data, right? What is the result of that? Are the datafiles
still in the usual directory (\program files\agent\data)?

Yes, the data format just changes. You can even run multi copies at
the same time just like before.
