Yes, when you eat meat, drink milk, eat vewgetables that aren't grown organically, you are ingesting any number of toxic substances, antibiotics, growth hormones, pesticides. The only answer is to grow it yourself or buy only organic foods. But organic food is really expensive in lots of cases, so it is a problem.
