I lucked into it because of a computer help forum that I'm part of. One of
the moderators there has been involved with NASA for decades, with his
biggest claim to fame being that cameras that he designed went to the moon
on the moon rovers used during the Apollo missions. A link suc as the ones
that I posted were open to the public, literally anyone could sign up until
they filled the disk. The Mars mission collected over 4 million signatures,
while the New Horizons mission collected less than a million. Keep checking
on future missions for similar sign ups, I think they'll keep doing it.
