Not compared side by side with the new Duramax diesels.

My neighbors have Ford F-250 diesels. You can hear the rattletraps coming a block away and that's at idle speed. Large pieces could be falling out of the engine and you wouldn't hear it. Give me an engine that purrs. LZ .
