Steve, of course this is a scam as others on this thread have noted. It is
good that you asked instead of trying to go ahead with the deal.
Some here have suggested you "Play" with the scammer. "Playing" takes a bit
of studying and practice. At the website linked below, people chronicle
their Plays with the Nigerian Letter Scammers and its quite funny. Some
have actually made a profit from it, though it is just as fun with no
profit.
Go to http://www.ebolamonkeyman.com/ and learn. WARNING: Do not read the
