If destruction of an opponent is the goal, I submit there are more effective and efficient means at one's disposal than simply nattering about ridiculous sexual proclivities. Such utterances may cause the issuing party, even if in the right, to suffer the loss of respect of those that may have previously supported his position, and statements of such kind can therefore be an unsuccessful and self-defeating gambit. They reveal more about the source rather than the target.

This is not an attempt at "nannying", but is simply the opinion of one who has played in the arenas of politics and business for several decades with some success. The most effective competitors are the ones who predate with some measure of "civility", as this allows them to maintain the public pretense, justified or otherwise, that they are in the right.

One of the joys of this NG is that one is free to handle scum like Linda any way one see fit.

While usually not enamored of gutter language, when it comes to potty-mouth Linda, I'm all in favor of Frank's approach.

Let's face it, whether one uses the El Al or Frank Tabor approach to her -- it makes no difference since she lacks the mental capacity to comprehend either. Remember, she took umbrage at my calling her an expatriate.

Whether one invites her to have intercourse with herself or suggests that she *** herself -- makes no difference as far as she's concerned, but it may make a difference in terms of how Frank feels. Frank's feelings are a lot more valuable than hers.
