This all makes sense, as I imagine the DeLorme drivers are only looking for
GPS on the USB ports. So if the GPS is serial using a serial to USB
converter, the drivers for the GPS modifying the USB port on the laptop, to
a serial port. As it's tied up, the DeLorme drivers wouldn't see it as a USB
port. Don't have a clue hour you can get around this.
