If the US only has 13,900 locked up now, then what happened to the
other 69,000, and why were they "detained" by the US, in the first
place? I wonder how many Iraq is holding?
Fourteen thousand, is only two California prison's worth. It
doesn't seem to make much sense, does it?
Where is the extra force going to come from? There's plenty of GIs
with three combat tours already!
What do you expect to change?
