It's the "someone else will take care of me" mentality. Like the doofus
the other day who thought it became the RV park's responsibilty to warn
him of impending storms just because he had plunked himself down there
for the night. These people have no concept of self-reliance because
someone else has alway told them how to deal with a problem.
Just my point of view.
