That's why I added the qualifier, "or your birth as a human
being." The right are inherent, not bestowed. Your right to free speech, to
be secure in your person, to not give testemony against yourself, all of
them are there at birth. It's not real hard to understand.

Then can you justify what seems to be your belief that the framers did not
really know what they meant when they used the words "the people" in the
documents.
