The French are a bunch of whiners. (winers :) )

Their whole main team was disqualified a couple of years ago for drugs.
(Was it Festiva?)

They are whining because they have lost the very race they started for the
last ten years to 2 Americans (Lemond and Armstrong) (with one year by a
Spanish rider)
