After Harry is chastised for not putting "OT" at the start of this
thread, maybe the boosters for invading Iraq will cover their eyes,
and scream, "I can't hear you Harry!"
What do you think the Mullahs are telling their flocks over in the
nations who don't particularly like us anyway?
I'd imagine they'll be saying that Allah has punished the Great Satan
for starting a war against a faithful Muslim nation...
The UN isn't going to do much, and rightly so. If we can afford to
fight a war in another country, why should they kick down to help
someone like that?
I suspect this is the end for throwing money down that rathole. How
could anyone think spending money in Iraq is a good idea, when their
life has been knocked for a loop?
It will be interesting to see how the evacuees from Katrina will be
treated when they start fanning out into the areas that are not
destroyed, and they show up with nothing.... Maybe Bill P's barn can
hold a few dozen of them?
What will people think of Bush when gas is four, or five bucks a
gallon, and he says that we won't give up in Iraq?
We sure are living in exciting times, aren't we?
