Sorry-- Of course the trout would always see the same color when
presented with the same color. I was answering a different question, and
pointing out just because two orange samples look the same to us, that
doesn't mean that they look the same to the trout.

Exactly,
I believe it was in the book Trout Flies by Dave Hughes, an accomplished
fly-tier,
that it's still not defined exactly how a trout perceives the color in a
fly.
