And some colors will suprise you. For instance the translucent Natural
Shad color Kinami or Senko stick worm looks like a great clear water
bait... and it is..., but in an algae bloom or stained water it turns
almost black giving a great silhouette. against the murky colored water.
Oh, I know that some colors other than black work well in murky/muddy
waters. But he asked about dark worms versus noisy lures.
I wasn't being contradictory or arguementative, just adding some more useful
information.
