<snip>Inner peace is easy. Much as described below the process begins
with defining equal and opposite extremes in magnitude and character.
Which establishes a frame of reference. One can then examine yourself
in an objective way. I do this by creating an internet alt that is the
equal and opposite of my real world self. In this way I have two
extreme examples with which to use to design a better 'me'.
Seperating into opposite extremes in the only way to step outside
yourself, and look within ....from afar.
I naturally separate into an extreme opposite once a month. *evil

;) Just kidding of course. But yes, looking within oneself for the
sake of improvement is always a good thing.
I also believe our thoughts affect things outside of our bodies. It's
an interesting philosophy to think about, at least. Someone came-up
with a neat little project that calls for everyone to think the same
thought at the same time of the same day.

Right now I doubt many people will participate because it's not widely
advertised, but still I think it's a good idea.
Another thing of note is Dr. Masaru Emoto's experiments with water
crystals. Different thoughts were focused on water and when bad
thoughts were focused onto the water, the crystal formed was ugly,
while good thoughts formed beautiful crystals.
