Keep looking. you'll find them.
But I'm not sure what you mean by "Aug7".
Dom7#5 chord symbols sometimes look like "X+7" or "Xaug7" (not
recommended). Maybe that's what you mean?

Instances of Maj7b5 chords will mostly be limited to more modern jazz
tunes, like those of Wayne Shorter. Sometimes Maj7#11 is voiced as maj7b5.

Min7b5 chords are everywhere. You just haven't looked hard enough for
these. They occur most commonly as a II chord in a IIm7b5 V7b9 Im
progression which is the standard cadential formula in minor keys.

It is almost never biii or bvi.

or I of the new key.
Or as VIIm7b5 moving to I.
