I recognize the piece after playing the notes Jon wrote
out...It is very famous "scary music"; I have been listening
to it every day in my car as part of the CD "Fright Night --
Music that Goes Bump in the Night". The phrase is question
first occurs about 3 measures in, and re-occurs several times.

I think the arpegiated chord is really a C#dim6; that is
why I requested it written out -- the chord charts I have
don't list a C#dim7
