Tortoise - Restless Waters

OK, this has been driving me nuts for days. There's a sample at the beginning
of the song "Restless Waters" collected on the new Tortoise rarities set "A
Lazarus Taxon" (an excellent release, BTW- worth it for "Vaus" and "Cliff
Dweller Society" alone, though why did they leave off "Madison Ave."?), and
god-damn I _know_ I've heard it before, but I can't for the life of me
remember what it's a sample from. Can anyone jog my memory here?
