Sorry Larry, the Zen is a farce and I want some answers from this
person.  I can take a little baby talk, but what's this about the new
album sucking?  Or did I read it wrong?  C'mon, what is this, Romper
Room for the alphabetically challenged?

I don't mean to be negative and spoil anyone's fun, but although it
might appear otherwise, I do have better things to do with my time than
humor some...uh, we don't really know what we're humoring, do we?

That's my point, I may use a screen name, but I'm real and honest...and
sometimes I'm real honest too.  So are a lot of other people on here,
including yourself.  Don't we deserve the same courtesy of respect and
authenticity?

Deserve? Wellllllll, maybe. Entitled to? No Way. Usenet as a platform
for communication provides for no such thing. It's one of those
things I guess, where a downside makes way for a bigger upside. The
bad times make the good times that much better sort of thing.

There are many other venues where this person can act
like a fool, so I would simply encourage this entity to go elsewhere and
be whatever they want to be, or start a website and dispense their
bull*** to interested parties.

And on the other hand I find such individuals to be sometimes very
interesting and usually entertaining, especially in text only
communication. These folks often in the long run will also spur some
pretty heady tangent-like discussions. Plus they have a right to be
here.


 But I wish they'd spare us the "wisdom
of the zen" on this particular forum.

Sorry for the negativity, but if I play along with this stupidness, I
really am wasting my time.  I like to maintain some semblance of
productivity, even if its unconventional.  If we tell them to get lost,
or spar with the nonsense, we're just perpetuating it.  I suggest we
just ignore it and maybe it'll get tired and go away.


That's the tried and true solution and would probably work best for
you.

Same here, bro. I wasn't gonna post this 'cause I have somewhat of a
reputation of being confrontational on ngs and I don't want to
confront you cause I like ya, but then I figured, wtf, we just
disagree, no big deal, but I'd guess we would agree that it's not a
critical topic by any means. :)
